Who can apply?
We are looking for motivated and proactive young individuals from sub-Saharan Africa who are committed to youth land rights and want to strengthen the ILC youth movement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Aged 18-35 years.
- Based in a sub-Saharan African country.
- Active member or volunteer in an ILC People’s Organisation for at least 6 months (commitment expected until December 2025).
- Endorsed by your organization (1 representative funded per organization).
- Experience in GLF thematic areas.
- Past or current involvement in ILC initiatives (e.g., National Land Coalitions, youth groups, Gender Action Plan).
- Proficient in English or French.

What is covered
- Conference participation (including meals and coffee breaks).
- Flights and double-occupancy accommodation.
- Local transportation in Colombia.
- Field visits and pre-events.
What is not covered
Visa fees, medical insurance, internal travel in the home country, dinners during GLF, and additional allowances. These may count against membership fees where applicable.
