ILC Africa, hosted by CIFOR-ICRAF, is looking for a Regional Program Analyst to join the team to support our mission of people-centered land governance across Sub-Saharan Africa. The role will contribute to strengthening partnerships, resource mobilisation, and program planning and implementation in line with the ILC Strategy 2022–2030.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Africa Regional Coordinator and the global ILC One Team to ensure adequate support to NLCs, enhanced collaboration, and increased visibility of ILC’s work in the region.
Key qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (development, economics, international relations, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in development or government institutions, with a focus on land and natural resources
- Excellent English and French
- Strong strategic, analytical, and partnership-building skills
Contract terms
- Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) position
- Two-year contract (renewable), with a 6-month probation
- Remote-friendly; duty station aligned with the candidate’s home location
